Dagmar Vlahos is a transformational Process Improvement and Change Management leader with extensive experience driving enterprise‑wide change across energy, technology, and higher education. She is known for uniting teams around a shared purpose and delivering measurable results through Lean, Six Sigma, and Prosci methodologies.
Dagmar is currently an Enterprise Project Manager at Prime Source Foods in Londonderry, New Hampshire, leading strategic initiatives across three operating companies. She holds a master’s degree in leadership from the University of New Hampshire and has served on the State of New Hampshire LEAN Committee, partnering with organizations across the state to advance process improvement efforts
