Paul W. Critchley

Paul Critchley is the President and Lead Consultant here at New England Lean Consulting. With over 20 years of experience in organizational leadership, Paul is an internationally-recognized thought leader on using employee engagement and continuous improvement to improve business’ top and bottom lines. Paul is a former Board Member of the Northeast Region of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence, and a proud supporter of several civic organizations in and throughout New England. He is passionate about Lean and creating organizational cultures that are sustainably engaged. He co-authored his first book – The Whole Professional – to bring a fresh perspective on Work/Life Balance and how individuals and organizations can work together to achieve greater levels of attainment for all.

Paul holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University, a M.S. in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Quinnipiac University. He also is the holder of U.S. Patent 5,927,868

Mohamed Saleh

Mohamed Saleh has 18 years’ experience of hands-on Lean experience in Healthcare, Manufacturing, Government, and the Service sectors. He’s a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, an international speaker, executive coach, and trainer. For 12 years, Mohamed was the Executive Director & Senior Lean Sensei at Hartford Healthcare, helping the executive team set the Lean vision, advising teams on Lean system designs, and leading full enterprise-wide lean transformations. Mohamed is also a part-time professor in the School of Engineering & Technology Management at Central Connecticut State University as well as an Adjunct Professor at Our Lady of the Elms College.

Mohamed holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering & an MS in Technology Management from Central Connecticut State University, as well as a PhD in Business Administration from Northcentral University.

Dave Margil

Dave Margil is a certified Master Black Belt and certified Scrum Master, and spent a decade driving Lean deployment while at Bose Corporation. He is also a Lean Six Sigma coach in the Master of Business Operational Excellence (MBOE) program at The Ohio State University. He has been responsible for developing organizational Lean deployment roadmaps, driving Lean Six Sigma practices, leading value stream improvement activities, and delivering training and coaching to turn classroom concepts into tangible, business improvements. Prior to his involvement in Lean teaching and application, he co-founded and spent several years as the VP of Product Development for a Cambridge, MA-based computer game company.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the UMASS-Amherst.

Chris Peahl

Chris’s career has spanned over 35 years, the vast majority of which was directly in Operations Management: he’s held the positions of Industrial Engineer, Operations Manager, Quality Manager and VP of Manufacturing. To say Chris knows something about manufacturing is an understatement. He even holds a U.S. Patent!

Throughout his career, Chris has always had a Continuous Improvement mindset, and as such has lead countless Lean events that have saved companies around the world millions of dollars by making their operations more efficient and easier to manage.

Chris is a Certified Six Sigma Black belt holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from UMASS Lowell and an MBA from New Hampshire College.

Walter Carrascal

Walter is an Exemplar Global-certified Principle Auditor for ISO 13485:2016, and specializes in quality systems for medical devices and pharma/biotechnology applications. He has more than 20 years’ of experience, including developing applications in the biotech industry under FDA GMP requirements. Amy has also trained to ISO 14971 (Application of Risk Management to Medical Devices), and has helped numerous companies successfully implement risk management activities.

Walter holds a BS Biology from Binghamton University and an MS in Biotechnology Management from Maryland University.

Shawn LaRochelle

Shawn is an adept former Corporate Director of Quality with more than 20 years’ experience in Quality management. He is a Lead Auditor with expertise in ISO 9001, AS9100, ITC (ITAR and EAR), ISO 13485, AS9145, ASQR-01, ASQR-07.5, S-1000, SPOC, FAA, and DFA.  He works with clients to change the paradigm of quality assurance being a cost center to being a true value-added function.

Shawn has vast experience in the trade compliance sector and he has worked in the nuclear and aerospace industries.  He was coached by Chihiro Nakao, Founder of Shingijutsu USA on the implementation of the highly effective Toyota Production System (TPS).

Shawn holds a Bachelors degree in Business & Operations Management from Albertus Magnus College, and a Masters degree in Business Management with a Statistics focus from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Jeff Sinclair

Jeff has 20 years of experience in Quality consulting and training. His area of expertise is in aerospace manufacturing and AS9100: Rev D implementations, as well as NADCAP support processes. Jeff has lead numerous successful AS9100 Quality Management System implementations for material distributors, OEM’s, repair activities and electronics manufacturers.

Jeff holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Management from Wayland Baptist University.

Bill has over 25 years’ industry experience Quality Management System development and application in the general manufacturing, aerospace and electrical product areas. In addition to being a Senior Trainer for lead and internal auditors, Bill has lead numerous AS9100:Rev D implementations for clients, and is a Certified Exemplar Global Auditor for both ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016.

Bill holds a BS in Physical and Earth Science & an MS in Science Education from Worcester State University as well as an MA in Psychology from Anna Maria College.
