Kelly Mallery is the Director of Operational Excellence for five Viant Medical sites, where she drives improvement in high‑stakes manufacturing, and the founder of Kelly Mallery Coaching & Consulting LLC, dedicated to helping women in Continuous Improvement roles lead change with confidence and influence. After years of struggling with resistance and self‑doubt, Kelly discovered that credibility and transformation aren’t built through tools or tactics alone, but through how leaders respond to challenges. She coined the term Resistobots™ to describe the unhelpful patterns that invite pushback, and now teaches CI leaders and practitioners to quiet them by leading with curiosity, compassion, and alignment. Kelly is also a proud Kata geek—active in Kata Girl Geeks and founder of Kata School Northeast—committed to spreading scientific thinking and building cultures of adaptability. Based in the Upper Valley of New England, she brings both professional rigor and personal passion to helping CI leaders and practitioners create meaningful, lasting change.
