Sustainable Leadership - Engage and empower your teams to produce lasting results using the Wheel of Sustainability
In this workshop Adam will utilize hands-on activities and engage the attendees through all elements of the Wheel of Sustainability to show them that it isn’t that difficult to sustain critical results. There are exercises, idea sharing, and personal stories that Adam will share and also get response from them to make the learning as meaningful as possible.
The workshop objectives are:
- Understand all components of the Wheel of Sustainability
- Identify real-life applications that you can use NOW!
- Learn how to drive Leadership Commitment to ensure sustainable results
- Guidance to keep problems solved
We’ll produce a workbook that participants will utilize to personalize their learning. Then, using Adam’s “patented” 🙂 facilitation techniques, he will hold each person accountable to achieve the objectives by engaging them throughout the workshop.
