Best Practice Facilitation Techniques
In this session Adam will explain and demonstrate his “top ten” facilitation techniques, crafted from his 35 years of industry experience. During this session, utilizing the group as participants (everybody plays!), you’ll learn facilitation techniques to maximize the benefits of your Lean initiatives. As time allows, you will have the opportunity to try some of the techniques out via role playing.
