About Christine Doucette
Christine is a Senior Partner for Strategic Initiatives at the University of Maine System. With over 16 years of experience as a coach of continuous improvement and organizational development methods, Christine is passionate about helping individuals and teams work through problems, improve process, build leadership capability, and navigate through change. Christine has a BA in Arts and Humanities and MA in Leadership and Organizational Studies. Christine earned a yellow and green belt in Lean Six Sigma and is certified as a Prosci Change Practitioner. She lives in the Lewiston / Auburn area.
