About Bob Wallner
Bob Wallner is an experienced professional who has dedicated 30 years of his career to the manufacturing industry. Throughout his career, he has worked as a Supply Chain Professional and as a Continuous Improvement Practitioner. With over half of his career spent in the aerospace industry, Bob has gained valuable expertise in this sector. In 2006, he embarked on his Continuous Improvement Journey by undergoing training and mentorship in Theory of Constraints. Since then, Bob’s passion for Continuous Improvement has driven him to achieve various certifications and qualifications, including the Shingo Lean Bronze Certification, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a master’s degree in Lean Manufacturing from Kettering University. Currently, Bob serves as the Site Lean Leader for GKN Aerospace in Cromwell, where he continues to apply his extensive knowledge and experience to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
