Simplicity is the Key to Lean
This session will focus on ways to use Lean to simplify your processes. Since everything we do is a process, we can apply this system across any organization. Bob will demonstrate some of the tools, techniques, and leadership skills that can result in quick results. The Five Whys, See scheduling, teaming, simple VSM, How to see Waste on a Gemba Walk, 7 wastes, and 5 s will be just some of the subjects touched upon.
About Bob Rush – Workshop
Bob has 35+ years of lean experience, and over 45 years of manufacturing experience. Bob loves what he does, and has held positions ranging from shipping clerk, to Buyer, to Master Scheduler, to Production Supervisor, to GM, to VP of Operations, and now Principal. Bob uses humor extensively and (occasionally!) sarcasm.
