What is Lean? What isn't Lean?
During this highly interactive Session, Bob will share his thoughts on the principles of Lean methodology and distinguish between what is considered Lean and what is not. The goal of this is to stimulate critical thinking and encourage participants to ask questions.
About Bob Rush – Session
Bob has 35+ years of lean experience, and over 45 years of manufacturing experience. Bob loves what he does, and has held positions ranging from shipping clerk, to Buyer, to Master Scheduler, to Production Supervisor, to GM, o VP of ops, and now Principal. Bob uses humor extensively and (occasionally!) sarcasm.
